§ 5.06. Place of elections.

The polling place or places for holding elections shall be prescribed by the mayor and council and shall be published in the election notice; provided, however, any change in a polling place shall be affected as provided by Code section 34A-604 [O.C.G.A. § 21-3-163], as it now exists or may hereafter be amended.
