§ 3.06. Suspension by mayor.

All officers and employees of the city shall, at all times, be subject to suspension for cause by the mayor, in his discretion, but such suspension shall be reported within ten (10) days to the city council for action on their part, and unless such charges by the mayor be sustained by said council, the suspended officer or employee shall be reinstated.
