§ 6-2. Opening date.

The opening date to file notice of candidacy pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 21-2-132(d)(3) for the office of mayor and councilmember of the City of Thomson, Georgia for the general election shall be the last Monday in August immediately preceding the general election.
