§ 3-136. No consumption on licensed premises permitted.

No establishment holding a package liquor license shall sell, offer to sell, possess, or permit the consumption on the licensed premises of any kind of alcoholic or spirituous or venous liquors or beverages, the sale or the possession of which is not authorized by this article.
